( a.k.a. Big Dog )
A seasoned veteran and traveler
around Indonesia for over 25 years. An avid surfer and self taught Giant Trevally fisherman specializing in spinning off the reefs in the remote parts of Sumbawa,Lombok and East Java. Born in California,living in Australia and spending the Southern Hemisphere winters in Indonesia.
A lust for adventure, meticulous organization skills and easy going attitude make for a relaxed adventure with a knowledgeable guide.

Young and enthusiastic Cy is a charge to be around !! Born in Hawaii and living full time in Indonesia he leaves no stone unturned when adventure comes into play.His father (Bill Boyum)and late uncle (Mike Boyum) are both well known pioneers of the immediate area where our adventure takes place.His fishing,diving and guiding skills are unsurpassed in this region.An avid surfer and all around waterman rounds off his credentials.

Michael Owen & Cyrus Boyum have been successfully fishing the Islands of Indonesia for many years.A friendship which began out on the reef and a shared passion of high adventure seeking the Giant Trevally (Ulua)has developed into what we know as the only fishing jungle safari offered worldwide.What began as an ill fated boating incident,stranding them on a remote stretch of coastline turned out to be a blessing in disguise.A hidden jungle trail was found into what we believe is the most incredible stretch of coastline suited for the avid Ulua fisherman.Fantastic fishing,wildlife and scenery awaits you for this unique backcountry adventure.
